Your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. All orders are normally despatched within 3 to 5 working days of the payments successfully clearing. A confirmation email will be sent (normally within 24hrs) to verify that the order has been received and goods can be delivered on the requested date. Certain items listed on our web site can take longer than the stated delivery time. You will be advised if this is the case and new arrangements will be made in conjunction with you and our delivery partners.
Taberneria will not charge for any deliveries on mainland UK for order over £25.00 inc vat. All orders under £25.00 will incure a carriage charge of only £3.95. There may be an additional delivery charge for Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and any offshore British Islands. This charge will be communicated to you before your order is processed. This is a UK site only.
On arrival all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage by the customer, should you find any damage please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged, or if you do not have time to inspect properly please sign the document as un-checked.
You have 7 days to notify us of any damage, shortages or incorrect items. If we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within 7 days any proceeding action is at the company's discretion.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Suppliers will only make one delivery. A notification of delivery will be left if you are not at the delivery address to accept the delivery. It is your responsibility to contact our delivery partners to rearrange a delivery time. Delivery to a different address other than the card holder address is at our discretion.
There will be one person per vehicle and for health and safety purposes the driver is only contracted to deliver to ground level. However any alternative requests will be assessed on an individual basis and is at the driver's discretion.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries.
